September 13, 2012 — The Salt Lake City Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for David Angel Montes (2/23/1991) on charges of obstructing justice, a second degree felony, in the August homicide of Kenyatta Winston.

Montes — also known as “D” — is described as:

• male Hispanic,
• 21 years old,
• 5 feet 4 inches tall,
• 115 pounds,
• black hair,
• and brown eyes.

The suspect may be driving a 1994 white Cadillac, Utah license plate Z370TG.

The Police Department asks anyone with information about Montes to come forward. There are two ways to provide information and remain confidential, including:
