Updated information: SLCPD detectives have filed charges against Damon Smith (1/18/1991) for burglary of a residence. 

SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department seeks the public’s help to identify and locate the suspect in a residential burglary on September 11, 2013.

At approximately 1:00 p.m., a man broke into a home in the area of 1500 E 2600 S. The home owner had captured a picture of the suspect on their surveillance camera and is requesting the public’s help to identify the suspect.

If you know the whereabouts of the suspect, please call (801) 799-3000. Anonymous tips may be sent by texting TIPSLCPD plus information to CRIMES 274637. Reference: case #13-147644.
