SALT LAKE CITY — Effective Nov. 8, 2013, Salt Lake City Police Department placed Deputy Chief Rick Findlay on administrative leave due to allegations that he violated the city’s harassment policy. All parties in this matter are governed by confidentiality rules and protected by due process until the matter is concluded. As a result, this statement constitutes the extent of public remarks at this time.
