SALT LAKE CITY — Students attending a high school in Salt Lake City are eligible for a $2,500 scholarship — if they submit an entry in the annual SLCPD Student Art Contest by March 31.
All qualifying entries receive a contest T-shirt, while a panel of judges will award a scholarship and other prizes to top entries. After Monday’s entry deadline, the following events will take place:
Monday, April 7: | Top 25 semi-finalists exhibit starts at City Library’s Urban Room |
Fan-favorite voting starts on SLCPD’s Instagram feed (SLCPD) | |
Friday, April 11: | 3:00 p.m.: final round of judging at City Library |
4:30 p.m., winners announced; scholarship, prizes awarded | |
5:00 p.m., pizza party for all art contest participants |
