SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department will bestow annual honors and pay tribute to its fallen officers during a gala celebration at the Public Safety Building Thursday evening.

The Police Department invites reporters to cover the ticketed event, which begins with a tribute to fallen officers at 6:30 p.m. A full list of honors will be available at that time.
