Officers, civilians, Explorers, and families recognize and honor our SLCPD Fallen Officers

SALT LAKE CITY — In honor of Police Week, the Salt Lake City Police Department will pay tribute to its fallen officers at a memorial sunrise service tomorrow morning.  Following the memorial service, SLCPD will recognize officers and civilians at the Annual Police Awards Luncheon.

Annual Police Awards Luncheon
When: Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.
Where: Marriott Hotel, 75 S. West Temple St.
Who: All media is invited to attend

Please join SLCPD officers and civilian employees as we gather to recognize extraordinary acts of bravery and service, and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving this community.

The Police Department invites the media to both events. A full list of honors will be available at the noon ceremony.
