December 1, 2016SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department is requesting the public’s help to locate a missing three-year-old girl. The child was last seen yesterday evening in the Murray area with her biological mother, Shantel Cuadra (26) who does not have custodial rights and has allegedly threatened to harm the child.
The missing child is “Juliet” and is described as small female child with black hair and brown eyes. The involved vehicle has been located and the child’s whereabouts are unknown at this time.
