SLCPD seeking person of Interest in Homicide

SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department is requesting the public’s help to locate an individual identified as a person of interest in a homicide that occurred Saturday 11/26/2016. The homicide occurred at 1329 North Redwood Road at 9:39 p.m. The person of interest is Astacia Felice Carter. She is described as being;

• Hispanic female adult
• 24 years old
• 5 feet 1 inch tall
• 140 lbs.
• Brown hair, brown eyes
