Arrest Warrant Issued in Deadly Drive-By Shooting
Today, the Salt Lake City Police Department learned the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office filed a one-count charging instrument and an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Felix Issara for his alleged involvement in the homicide of 21-year-old Sean Amone.
Issara is charged with one count of Obstructing Justice.
This investigation started on June 6, 2021, when Salt Lake City Police responded to the area of 1300 North General Drive after receiving reports of shots fired. Responding officers located Amone deceased and four other males with gunshot wounds. Paramedics transported all four victims to area hospitals in critical condition.
The suspects fled the scene prior to officers arriving.
Detectives assigned to the Salt Lake City Police Department’s Homicide Squad and Crime Lab and Evidence Unit responded and started an immediate investigation.
According to court documents, Issara is accused of being the driver of the vehicle involved in the shooting and is accused of hiding a firearm in a closet. If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Issara, please call 801-799-3000 and reference SLCPD case 21-96966.
Further, the SLCPD is encouraging Issara to surrender to law enforcement.

Charges are only allegations, and every arrested person is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Salt Lake City Police Department has no further information to release on this case.
