Description: Male white adult
  5 feet 10 inches
  170 pounds
  Blond hair
  Hazel eyes
   
Last seen: Salt Lake City
   
Charges: Theft (F2), possession of burglary tools (MB), possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance (F2), possession of controlled substance marijuana (MB), use or possession of drug paraphernalia (MB). 
Details: Culley is wanted for questioning by Salt Lake City Police detectives and other agencies.
