Synopsis: A neighbor was concerned about the victim’s well being as he had not seen her in over a week. The neighbor contacted the apartment manager and then made entry into the victim’s apartment. The discovered the victim deceased in her be and notified the police department. The scene was secured and the Medical Examiner responded for preliminary examination of the body and in doing so founds wounds on the body. The manner of death is homicide and immediate cause of death is known and being withheld for investigative reasons. This is an open case and the Salt Lake City Police Department is seeking information.
