April 15, 2015SALT LAKE CITY- The Salt Lake City Police Department seeks the public’s help to locate a suspect wanted for robbing the Zion’s Bank at 1304 S. Foothill Drive.
Today, at approximately 5:00 p.m. the suspect entered the Zion’s Bank, approached a teller and demanded cash. After the teller complied the suspect fled southbound into the Foothill Village shopping center parking lot. The suspect threatened that he had an explosive device, but there was no evidence to indicate that he did.
SLCPD Robbery Detectives are releasing photos of the suspect (above). The suspect is described as a male Caucasian, approximately 30 years old, 6 feet tall, skinny build, unshaven, dressed in all black, wearing a black baseball cap with a Jazz logo on it.
The Police Department asks anyone who may know the identity or location of this suspect to call (801) 799-3000. Anonymous tips may be sent by text to 274637.
